Student Work-Studio 2 -Post 1-Fire Force Project

Last quarter I made a fight recreation, almost shot for shot from the anime Jujutsu Kaisen written by Gege Akutami. The recreation was of the battle between Yuji Itadori a young sorcerer from Jujutsu High and the Cursed Spirit Hanami. I had a lot of joy making that project even under high stress conditions, and made it almost entirely on my own with the exception of some filming help and a couple establishing shots. This quarter though, for my final project I wanted to do another fight between Shinra Kusukabe and an infernal combusted human. the difference in this project being it’s all going to be CGI, with everything being done in blender, marvelous designer, and I will be learning the new real time fire and smoke software ember gen, for all my flame effects.
